Pains
As large as Hele Fitness has become, there is still enormous growth potential ahead. Here are some areas to grow in:
Larger Clientele base - Hele Fitness has the potential for a larger clientele base: both in-home gyms & private (school, business, etc.) gyms in order to generate greater influence, and overall income.
Expanding Influence - Hele Fitness’ vision is to expand their services beyond Hawaii, West Coast, and Brazil into Asia and throughout the Mainland United States.
Current Marketing Limitations - In this new season of expansion it may become difficult to manage with a heavier workload. All marketing aspects are currently from in-house through the business owner’s personal time averaging 10 hours weekly with limited results.

Building a Partnership - We would operate as a partnership rather than project based. This will ensure clear & easy communication lines. Less time spent chasing a ‘creative’ and more time getting things done. We are in this for the long-haul, not the short term projects. After all, Vision does include seeing things to completion.
Multi-faceted Company - We have the capabilities to do full marketing campaigns including but not limited to content creation, (photography, videography, script & screenwriting, photo/video editing) uploading to necessary mediums, website management, executing on all ad spaces, tracking ROI and ROAS, and various other means necessary per project. Long story short: less hands in the project = greater productivity, clearer vision, stronger results.

Instagram - 10.2k Followers // Main source of promotions. 10-12 posts monthly. Videos at least twice per month.
Vision & Verve Media - We can set up Social Media posting schedule with updated content monthly. Creating a scheduler with content will make posting stress-free, easy, and streamlined. Having new content monthly will ensure posts, website images, and brand stays fresh.

Mainly Youtube - 6 Videos 5 months ago. Average Views - 120 (7k+ on 1 video).
Vision & Verve Media - People love stories. We would love to create testimonial videos of people affected by Hele Fitness Home gyms & Commercial Gyms. We would also love to create teaching/training videos using Hele Fitness Equipment and/or informational videos explaining the process of owning a home gym. Also creating videos around Hele Fitness Athletes.

Event Marketing & Coverage // Promote large events - small gatherings with consistency and event coverage of events to promote community and next event.
Value
Investment
Our initial contract ask will be $2,000 a month for the next 3 months. Vision and Verve’s promise is to generate a minimum of 15 leads per month towards home gyms. Depending on the size of the projects, we will plan, shoot, and execute creative content for the website, youtube, facebook, and instagram. (3-4 Information videos, 3-4 photo shoots OR 1 testimonial video & 2-3 photo shoots). During the 3rd month, we will meet again for a quarterly report as well as a renegotiation for a long term contact. If our company does not produce the 15 leads or deliver on content creation services, you will not be charged for the next month’s service.
Add Ons
We have an A la Carte pricing list for specific creative media needs that will enhance the overall marketing revenue. This list includes Video + Photo Services, Social Media Management, Website management, Graphic Design, Content Creation, etc.
